MERO 18 takes its name from its own front door: Calle Mero #18, in the green heart of downtown Cancún. This is where the Caribbean's catch gets celebrated every single day — oysters shucked to order, aguachiles with real bite, ceviches, tiraditos and signature sushi that runs Japanese technique through a Mexican soul. All of it under palm fronds, warm light and the hum of the urban jungle at Mezcal Boutique Hotel.

MERO 18 lives inside Mezcal Boutique Hotel, the jungle oasis of Avenida Nader. And while it beats to the hotel's rhythm, its doors are open to absolutely everyone: you don't need to be a guest to grab a seat at the bar, order a dozen oysters and stay through dessert.
